- Coordinate technical activities for joinery and interior fit out projects from design through production
- Review architectural drawings, specifications, and project requirements
- Prepare, review, and coordinate shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation
- Liaise with architects, consultants, clients, and project managers to resolve technical queries
- Coordinate with production team to ensure drawings are complete, accurate, and ready for manufacturing
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and applicable regulations
- Track drawing approvals, revisions, and document control
- Support procurement by providing technical information for material selection and purchasing
- Attend project coordination meetings and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle
- Identify technical issues early and recommend practical solutions to avoid delays
- Maintain project documentation, drawing registers, and revision logs
- Coordinate with site teams to address technical issues during installation
