Site Document Controller \| Construction \| UAE Projects
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented **Site Document Controller** to support our construction project operations in the UAE.
This role is responsible for managing, controlling, and tracking all project documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and seamless coordination between site teams and head office.
Key Responsibilities
- Control and manage project documentation including drawings, RFIs, contracts, transmittals, and reports
- Maintain document registers, version control, and archiving systems
- Ensure timely distribution and tracking of all project documents
- Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with QA/QC and company documentation standards
- Utilize EDMS platforms such as Aconex, Oracle Unifier, SharePoint
Requirements
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of document control experience in construction / contracting industry
- Strong knowledge of document management systems (Aconex / Unifier / SharePoint)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced project environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
