We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Contracts Coordinator to join our team, based out of Mount Uniacke, NS.

This individual will work with customers on both new procurement and service opportunities; preparing, examining, analyzing, negotiating and revising contracts/purchase orders that involve the purchase or sale of goods or services including but not limited to equipment, materials, supplies products and onsite support.

In this role you will work closely suppliers and other teams of Mobile Valve to deliver excellent customer service on both large-scale projects and smaller purchase orders by examining and interpreting customer contract requirements and ensuring technical, monetary and product requirements are met.

• Support Service and Procurement operations by managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, processing RFQs/RFPs, and coordinating the purchase and sale of goods and services.
• Prepare, review, administer, and maintain contracts, purchase orders, and related documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to support maintenance programs, service work estimates, warranty claims, and project requirements.
• Perform valve sizing and technical product support using supplier portals and sizing software to meet customer specifications.
