- Write API specifications using OpenAPI / Swagger
- Document integrations with core banking systems including data mapping, event flow, and transformation logic
- Write technical user stories and acceptance criteria with precision
- Support QA teams with test scenario design, test data specification, defect triage, and UAT facilitation
- Perform requirements traceability, scope management, and functional gap analysis
Requirements
- 10+ years in business analysis or a combination of technical and BA roles, with at least 5 years as a technical BA
- Technical foundation through prior software development, API design, systems integration, or solution architecture
- Experience writing API specifications using OpenAPI / Swagger
- Proven experience documenting integrations with core banking systems (Finacle, Nucleus, FLEXCUBE, TSYS, or similar)
- Strong experience writing technical user stories and acceptance criteria
- Experience supporting QA teams including test scenario design, test data specification, defect triage, and UAT facilitation in regulated banking environments
- Solid understanding of mobile application delivery (native iOS/Android API consumption, session management, push notifications, biometric authentication, offline first patterns)
- Familiarity with agile delivery tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field

Job Description
- 10+ years in business analysis or a combination of technical and BA roles, with at least 5 years as a technical BA
- Technical foundation either through prior software development, API design, systems integration, or solution architecture experience
- Demonstrable experience writing API specifications using OpenAPI / Swagger
- Proven experience documenting integrations with core banking systems Finacle, Nucleus, FLEXCUBE, TSYS, or similar
- Strong experience writing technical user stories and acceptance criteria
- Experience supporting QA teams including test scenario design, test data specification, defect triage, and UAT facilitation in regulated banking environments
- Solid understanding of mobile application delivery
- Familiarity with agile delivery tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. CBAP, BCS BA certification, or equivalent preferred.
