- Conduct comprehensive testing and failure analysis to verify functionality, performance, and reliability of automotive components
- Execute test procedures, analyze test results, and troubleshoot issues to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions
- Manage testing requirements throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with customer specifications, regulatory standards, and internal quality guidelines
Requirements
- Familiarity with automotive component testing standards like USCAR, GMW, IEC, VW
- Hands on experience with environmental chambers (climate chamber, thermal shock, oven)
- Experience with electrical tests (IR, Derating, Temperature rise, Dielectric strength, Current cycling)
- Experience with UTM, pressure vacuum test

Major Accountabilities
