About the Role

Responsibilities
- Oversee correct execution of all US import, exports and post entry via all transportation modes
- Direct engagement with government agencies to stay updated on current requirements
- Primary contact with central areas of GTC, Legal, Logistics, classification and Business Units
- Provide support in all internal or external audits
- Responsible for financial reporting of customs expenses by Plant/Business Unit
- Monitor KPIs (Internal, External Brokers)
- Execute management of GTO personnel and identify team needs
- Manage Customs Brokers, including contracts and instructional documents
- Resolve shipment data insufficiencies for US Imports & Exports
- Perform Duty Rate Analysis, PGA Reporting, FDA Annual Reporting
Requirements
- Professional Degree with 6+ years of experience
- US Broker certificate
- In depth knowledge of US Customs Regulations, US Imports, Exports & Post Entry
- Management experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Project Management Skills

Position Overview
- The position is designed for manager to oversee the correct execution of all US import, exports and post entry via all transportation modes (Land/Air/Ocean).
Key Responsibilities
- Direct engagement with government agencies to be updated to current requirements.
- Primary contact with central areas of GTC, Legal, Logistics, classification and Business Units.
- Provide support in all internal or external audits.
- Responsible of providing financial reporting of customs expenses by Plant/Business Unit.
- Monitor KPIs (Internal, External Brokers).
- Execute management of GTO personnel & identify the teams needs.
