Position summary
Manage the technical relationship and strategy for Bentley’s strategic accounts in collaboration with Account Managers.
Align customer business projects and technical goals with Bentley’s vision, mission, and strategy.
Support customer expansion and net new customer acquisition within account ecosystems.
Location
- The position is hybrid and based in Mumbai.
- Travel is required up to 50%.
Account strategy and discovery
- Develop technical account strategies and value propositions with Account Managers and users.
- Run discovery sessions, identify user value, gather requirements, and propose tailored infrastructure software solutions.
- Document technical roadmaps for account plans and contribute to account reviews.
Customer and partner relationships
- Build trusted relationships with key technical stakeholders and serve as a credible subject matter expert.
- Engage with partners as an extension of the Bentley sales organization.
