Senior Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Developer to lead a cross-functional software engineering squad responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining modern web applications that support Bentley’s infrastructure and engineering products. The successful candidate will help evolve an internal platform used by our global software organization to assess, govern, and improve release readiness, software quality, and security compliance throughout the development lifecycle.

This role requires strong hands-on expertise in React-based frontend development, cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure, and CI/CD practices using Azure DevOps. As Lead Senior Developer, you will provide hands-on technical leadership, delivery ownership, and team coordination for a platform that gives product teams centralized visibility into engineering health, software delivery quality, security posture, and release compliance.
