Your Mission
Lead the technical execution, micro-architecture, and engineering excellence of backend platform services powering the 1inch DeFi platform.
Guide a team in delivering scalable, resilient, secure, and performant software.
Work on distributed backend systems, blockchain integrations, indexing services, and mission-critical platform capabilities.
What You’ll Do
- Own backend service technical design and micro-architecture.
- Lead technical planning, implementation decisions, and architecture reviews.
- Establish engineering standards, coding practices, and backend architecture patterns.
- Balance feature delivery with maintainability, reliability, and technical debt reduction.
- Serve as the technical quality gate for production changes and spend approximately 50–80% of time writing Go and TypeScript.
- Design, build, and operate scalable backend services across their full lifecycle.
