1inch is a decentralized finance ecosystem building products and infrastructure for digital asset trading, custody, and tracking.
Its protocols and APIs provide core infrastructure across the DeFi industry and beyond.
Your Mission
Own day-to-day bookkeeping and the month-end close for the group's entities.
Ensure transactions are accurate and timely, reconciliations are complete, and financial information is reliable for Finance review and sign-off.
What You’ll Do
- Own the end-to-end month-end close process and record accounting entries accurately and on time.
- Perform bank, payroll, intercompany, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Prepare accruals, prepayments, rental revenue journals, and fixed-asset register reconciliations.
- Process supplier and accounts payable invoices, monitor accounts receivable collections, and process payments.
- Prepare quarterly VAT returns, support tax returns, and ensure UAE VAT compliance.
- Maintain ApprovalMax and prepare management accounts and transaction records in line with IFRS.
- Support audits, reporting, payroll inputs, automation, process improvements, and ad hoc requests.
