Role Summary
Smart Hatch Solutions is seeking a Technical Head to lead the engineering team, drive AI initiatives, manage deployments and servers, and own the technology stack.
The role requires hands-on MongoDB, Node.js, and React experience while selecting technologies based on the problem rather than a fixed stack.
Leadership and AI
- Lead and mentor developers, AI/ML engineers, and DevOps professionals.
- Oversee end-to-end development and production deployment of AI models, including LLMs and predictive models.
- Set technical strategy, architecture standards, and best practices for code quality, testing, and documentation.
Deployments and Servers
- Own CI/CD pipelines, Docker and Kubernetes containerization, and infrastructure as code.
- Manage AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud servers, including provisioning, monitoring, scaling, security, and cost optimization.
- Ensure high availability, incident response, and disaster recovery.
Full-Stack and Database
- Guide MongoDB schema design, indexing, aggregation pipelines, replication, sharding, and performance tuning.
