About the Role
The role leads development of enterprise-grade backend systems with complex workflows across domains such as BFSI, ERP, healthcare, and logistics.
The Team Lead owns cross-functional delivery across Node.js backend, React.js frontend, and iOS native development.
The role requires travel to Dubai for client meetings and onsite deployment coordination.
Technical Leadership
- Architect and develop scalable Node.js applications using Express.js or NestJS.
- Design workflows involving multi-step approvals, real-time processing, and asynchronous operations.
- Integrate intelligent backend features using LLMs and prompt engineering.
- Lead code reviews, sprint planning, and technical quality initiatives.
Infrastructure and Deployment
- Manage cloud server setup across AWS, Azure, or GCP, including EC2, Lambda, and S3.
- Oversee Docker, Kubernetes, Harbor, and OpenShift deployment operations.
- Own Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
- Implement monitoring and disaster recovery and optimize MongoDB clusters with sharding and replication.
