About the Role
Senior Node.js Developer responsible for enterprise-grade backend systems with complex business workflows.
The role covers architecture, team leadership, deployment, client communication, and end-to-end delivery.
Relevant domains include BFSI, ERP, healthcare, and logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop enterprise Node.js applications.
- Design and optimize multi-step approvals, real-time processing, and asynchronous workflows.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud infrastructure.
- Lead React.js frontend and native iOS developers.
- Mentor the team on scalability, security, and performance.
- Interface with clients on requirements, updates, and troubleshooting.
- Drive root-cause analysis for critical production issues.
- Oversee server management, monitoring, and disaster recovery.
- Optimize MongoDB clusters through sharding, replication, and indexing.
Required Skills
- 5–7 years of experience with Node.js and MongoDB.
- Proven experience with enterprise applications.
- Experience with CI/CD, Docker or Kubernetes, and AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud services.
