Practice and Role Overview
Accenture's AI-Ready Data practice builds governed data foundations for enterprise AI through data migration, modernization, and knowledge engineering.
The Technology Delivery Lead owns end-to-end delivery of engagements spanning cloud data migration, data platform modernization, and AI-ready data enablement.
The role orchestrates people, scope, stakeholders, and technical delivery toward predictable, high-quality outcomes.
Delivery Leadership
- Own scope, budget, timeline, quality, and risk across large data migration and modernization engagements.
- Run delivery governance through RAID logs, dependency tracking, cutover or parallel-run planning, and status reporting.
- Manage risks with structured options and recommendations and drive adoption of AI-accelerated migration methods.
Client and Stakeholder Management
- Build relationships with client technology architects, engineering leads, and delivery counterparts.
- Support senior client discussions on program status, risk, and value realization.
- Translate business priorities into technical execution and sequencing decisions.
