This junior, hands-on role supports travel bookings and administration for staff and contractors.
The coordinator arranges flights, accommodation, visas, ground transport, and itineraries for race weekends, test days, events, and company travel.
The role is based at Dragon HQ and works with team managers and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Book approved flights, hotels, ground transport, vehicle hire, and other travel services.
- Prepare itineraries, booking confirmations, contact details, and travel updates.
- Use the team travel app, WhatsApp groups, and other digital services for communication.
- Compare options, obtain rates and conditions, and liaise with approved suppliers.
- Check travel documents, visa requirements, insurance, passenger details, and entry conditions.
- Maintain booking records, traveller profiles, invoices, and cost summaries.
