About the Role
Emirates Flight Catering is hiring a Team Member to execute aircraft loading and offloading activities accurately and on time. The role involves operating high loaders, adhering to airside safety procedures, and supporting on-time aircraft turnaround.

Responsibilities
- Execute aircraft loading and offloading activities accurately and on time in accordance with Galley Loading Plans (GLP), SOPs, and safety requirements
- Safely operate and marshal high loaders in compliance with airside regulations and manufacturer guidelines
- Adhere to all airside safety procedures, regulations, and company policies to maintain a zero incident work environment
- Support on time aircraft turnaround by coordinating effectively with team leaders and other stakeholders
- Work closely with team leaders, promptly communicating operational status, issues or hazards
- Immediately escalate any incident or safety concern to the Team Leader without delay
- Follow the Quality Policy and Quality System established in accordance ISO 9001:2000 international standards
- Maintain personal compliance with mandatory training, certifications, PPE usage, and fitness for duty requirements
Requirements
- Higher Secondary School Certificate or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the food or logistics industry
- Good communication skills in written and spoken English
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a diverse, multinational team

Qualifications
- Higher Secondary School Certificate or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the food or logistics industry, experience in airline catering is preferred.
- Good communication skills in written and spoken English
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a diverse, multinational team
