Job Description

  • The Production Planner will play a crucial role in supporting the production team by developing comprehensive reports and optimizing administrative processes. Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain accurate production reports, utilizing data analysis and visualization tools.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement efficient systems to enhance productivity.
  • Collaborate with the production team to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with other departments to gather relevant data and ensure smooth information flow.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Assist in the implementation of new technologies and systems to streamline administrative tasks.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to department leadership, supporting their decision making process.
  • Ensure data integrity and confidentiality, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in production planning and administration.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning or a similar role, preferably in the aviation, Maritime or catering industry.
  • Proficiency in using data analysis and visualization tools, with a strong understanding of Power BI, Smartsheet, and Monday.com.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross functional team.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving administrative challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing effectively.
  • Familiarity with industry specific software and systems is an advantage.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • A results driven and organized approach to work, with a commitment to delivering high quality outcomes.
