Role Overview
Lead, manage, and develop a team of real estate agents in Dubai.
Drive sales performance and support property sales, leasing, and client negotiations.
Maintain service quality and compliance with company policies and UAE real estate regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate real estate agents while monitoring individual and team sales targets.
- Develop strategies for monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
- Coach, train, and guide team members and provide regular performance feedback.
- Build relationships with clients, investors, and property developers.
- Maintain accurate property listings and CRM records.
- Track market trends, projects, prices, and regulations in Dubai.
- Generate leads, convert opportunities, resolve client concerns, and prepare performance reports.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of UAE real estate experience.
- Previous team leadership experience is preferred.
- Proven real estate sales track record and strong Dubai property market knowledge.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, sales, networking, and client relationship skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and results-driven approach.
- RERA or Dubai real estate knowledge is advantageous.
