Business Consultant role focused on advising clients on UAE business setup and company formation.
Location is Dubai.
The position is full-time and requires in-person work.
Experience and Qualifications
- Three years of Dubai experience are required.
- Proven experience in a similar UAE role is required, preferably in business setup or consultancy.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Freezones, Mainland, and Offshore jurisdictions is required.
- Strong understanding of business licenses, visa processes, and company formation requirements is required.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is required; Arabic or other languages are advantageous.
- The candidate must multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills are required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on Mainland, Freezone, and Offshore business setup options.
- Provide advice on company formation, licenses, visa processing, and regulatory requirements.
- Guide clients through incorporation documentation, approvals, and compliance.
- Maintain relationships with Freezone authorities, government departments, and regulatory bodies.
- Stay current on UAE laws, regulations, and market trends related to business setup.
- Handle inquiries and provide customized client solutions.
- Collaborate on PRO, visa processing, and banking services.
- Follow up with leads and close sales.
- Prepare reports on client progress, inquiries, and market trends.
