- Review and discuss provider performance and utilization
- Prepare quarterly action plan for managing assigned providers
- Project manage to expand SAICOHEALTH network across all regions
- Track Team Productivity in regards to NW provider management activities
- Serve as first point of escalation for complex provider disputes and network issues
- Resolve operational gaps in onboarding or contracting and manage automation projects
- Maintain expertise in digital platforms and train the team on system updates
- Complete special projects within TAT
- Support complex Price Analysis and Impact Analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in medical or business field
- 7+ years relevant experience
- 5+ years of experience in the Medical Insurance field
- Medical background / coding certification is a plus

Role Overview
- Team Leader Provider Relations Officer responsible for representing the company, empanelment of new providers and maintaining relationships with existing and new providers in the assigned region.
- Reports to VP Provider Relations, supports managing daily operations of the network team and ensures team meets core operational goals.
- Leads specialized initiatives and executes various direct and cross functional projects.
Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for NW expansion in the assigned region/ providers
- Management of existing providers including service additions, provider visits, provider trainings, complaints resolution etc
- Ensure negotiations with providers align with SAICO health benefits pricing targets, service quality standards and payment terms
- Review and discuss provider performance and utilization
- Prepare quarterly action plan for managing assigned providers
- Project manage to expand SAICOHEALTH network across all regions
- Track Team Productivity in regards to NW provider management activities
- Serve as first point of escalation for complex provider disputes, sensitive network issues, or internal system bottlenecks

Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in medical or business field with an equivalent of 7+ years relevant experience
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in the Medical Insurance field
- Medical background / coding certification is a plus
