Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize enterprise infrastructure across on premises and cloud platforms
- Manage Microsoft Azure environments including virtual machines, networking, storage, identity services, and security controls
- Administer VMware vSphere/vCenter environments including clusters, High Availability, resource optimization, and capacity planning
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support application deployment and operational efficiency
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and operational workflows using Infrastructure as Code
- Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes
- Administer Active Directory Domain Services, GPOs, DNS, and DHCP
- Manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Entra ID, Intune, and Security & Compliance
- Manage Veeam Backup & Replication infrastructure and design backup strategies
- Provide advanced administration for Windows Server and Linux environments (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu)
- Implement security best practices across infrastructure, cloud environments, and DevOps pipelines
- Implement and maintain infrastructure monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Minimum 5–8 years of hands on experience in Systems Administration, Infrastructure Operations, Cloud Administration roles
- Hands on experience managing Microsoft Azure environments
- Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Ansible, ARM Templates/Bicep, or CloudFormation
- Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD
- Hands on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Strong knowledge of endpoint management, patch management, vulnerability remediation

- Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Administer Kubernetes clusters, including upgrades, scaling, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Administer Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), GPOs, DNS, and DHCP.
- Manage identity lifecycle processes and directory security.
- Manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Entra ID, Intune, and Security & Compliance solutions.
- Maintain and support on premises and hybrid Exchange environments.
- Manage Veeam Backup & Replication infrastructure.
Core Technical Skills
- Hands on experience managing Microsoft Azure environments, including compute, networking, storage, identity services, security controls, governance, and cost optimization
- Strong experience implementing Infrastructure as Code and configuration management using Terraform, Ansible, ARM Templates/Bicep, and CloudFormation.
- Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, and Git version control systems.
- Hands on experience deploying, managing, and troubleshooting containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and container registry platforms.
- Strong knowledge of endpoint management, patch management, vulnerability remediation, compliance requirements, and security solutions using Intune and ManageEngine.
- Experience managing and configuring enterprise email security solutions including Proofpoint anti phishing controls, spam filtering, and email threat protection.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum 5–8 years of hands on experience in Systems Administration, Infrastructure Operations, Cloud Administration roles.
