Responsibilities
- Manage the services provided by the Infrastructure team to ensure high quality of performance in implementations and networking
- Deliver projects within cost, time, scope & quality standards
- Maintain the highest level of service availability within minimum service downtime
- Test and evaluate unified communications, telephony and network systems to eliminate problems and make improvements
- Liaise with network support staff at branches globally to evaluate existing network infrastructure and propose solutions
- Manage projects and drive them to completion
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
- 7+ years practical experience in a network environment as a network engineer, architect, analyst or specialist
- In depth understanding and mastery of network including routing, VPN, Firewall, QOS, VOIP, F5, IT management and monitoring software solutions
- Experience with design, implementation, and migration of complex network and communications projects
- Routing and Switching experience with Cisco IOS and NX OS
- Firewall and load balancing implementation experience (F5, ACE, CSM, CSS, ASA, FWSM)
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP and routing protocols (BGP and OSPF)
- Understanding of VLAN, SVI, STP, VDC, VPC
- Understanding of DNS and DHCP
- Ability to troubleshoot network and system connectivity issues
- Cisco certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCDA, CCNP, CCSP, CCIE)
- MS Visio and Excel experience

- A proven track record of performance with technical responsibility and an in depth understanding and mastery of network including but not limited to routing, VPN, Firewall, QOS, VOIP, F5, IT management and monitoring software solutions.

- Routing and Switching experience with Cisco IOS and NX OS (Cisco 2900, 3900, ASR, 3750, 4500, 6500, Nexus 2k/5k/7k/9k).
- Firewall and load balancing implementation experience (F5,ACE, CSM, CSS, ASA, FWSM).
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP and routing protocols (BGP and OSPF).
- Understanding of VLAN, SVI, STP, VDC, VPC.
- Understanding of DNS and DHCP.

Experience & Certifications
- Network/Firewall/Load balancing migration experience.
- 7+ years practical experience in a network environment as a network engineer, architect, analyst or specialist.
