Job Summary
- We are looking for a passionate and service oriented Team Leader – Front Office to support the Front of House leadership team in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- This role is responsible for supervising daily front desk operations, ensuring seamless service delivery, and leading the Front Office team to maintain the highest standards of hospitality.
- The successful candidate will provide ongoing coaching and support to Front Desk Agents while fostering a positive and guest focused environment.
About You
- At least two years of experience in a Front Office or Guest Services role, preferably within a luxury hotel environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, inspire a team, and deliver outstanding guest service.
- Proficiency in Opera PMS is required.
