Job Summary

  • We are seeking an energetic and service driven Front Desk Agent to join a dynamic luxury hospitality environment.
  • This role is key to delivering a seamless arrival and departure experience while ensuring every guest interaction reflects warmth, efficiency, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage check ins and check outs, respond to guest enquiries, and support the resolution of service issues with professionalism and care.
  • Actively engage with guests across the property to gather feedback, enhance satisfaction, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Focus on upselling and maximizing room occupancy.
  • Maintain accurate guest records, billing, and compliance with all operational procedures.
  • Work closely with housekeeping, finance, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations, timely room readiness, and accurate reporting.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a Front Office role within a luxury or boutique hotel.
  • Strong guest service and communication skills with fluent English.
  • Proficiency in Opera and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem solving abilities.
  • Professional presentation and a proactive, team oriented mindset.
