- Lead, motivate, and support Sales Associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding guest service
- Engage warmly with guests, capture memorable moments, and promote photography packages and AI powered imaging experiences
- Oversee daily photo operations including kiosks, POS systems, digital photo platforms, and AI photography solutions
- Ensure retail area remains clean, organized, well stocked, and guest ready
- Assist Site Manager with staff scheduling, shift planning, task allocation, and daily operational coordination
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and deliver excellent service recovery
Requirements
- Minimum 2 3 years of team leadership experience in retail, hospitality, theme parks, attractions, entertainment, or photography operations
- Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem solving skills
- Passion for customer service, photography, retail sales, and technology
- Flexible to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Willing to work in Dubai or Abu Dhabi with flexibility to relocate

About the Role
- We are looking for a proactive, customer focused, and sales driven Team Leader to lead our Attraction and Theme Park Photo Experience operations in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and support Sales Associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding guest service.
- Engage warmly with guests, capture memorable moments, and promote photography packages, AI powered imaging experiences, and souvenir products.
- Oversee daily photo operations, including kiosks, POS systems, digital photo platforms, and AI photography solutions.
- Ensure the retail area remains clean, organized, well stocked, and guest ready at all times.
- Assist the Site Manager with staff scheduling, shift planning, task allocation, and daily operational coordination.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and deliver excellent service recovery.
- Ensure compliance with company standards for quality, safety, and operational excellence.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2–3 years of team leadership experience in retail, hospitality, theme parks, attractions, entertainment, or photography operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem solving skills.
- Passion for customer service, photography, retail sales, and technology.
- Experience using DSLR cameras, POS systems, and digital tools is an advantage.
- Self motivated, reliable, and able to perform effectively in a fast paced environment.
- Flexible to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Willing to work in either Dubai or Abu Dhabi, with flexibility to relocate based on business requirements.
