- Take full ownership of end to end store/site operations including daily retail activities, kiosks, POS systems, and merchandise management
- Lead, mentor, and manage Team Leaders and Sales Associates to achieve operational, sales, and guest service targets
- Serve as primary point of contact with partners and maintain professional relationships
- Monitor team performance, sales results, and operational metrics; resolve escalated guest issues
- Manage site/store expenses within approved budgets and propose revenue growth strategies
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs
Requirements
- Experience as a Site Manager, Assistant Site Manager, Supervisor, or Team Lead in retail, hospitality, entertainment, or theme park
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
- Sales driven with experience managing targets and KPIs
- Comfortable with POS systems and operational reporting tools
- Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and peak seasons
- Willing to relocate based on business requirements

About the Role

- Role ensures smooth operations, strong sales performance, excellent guest experience, and effective team leadership.
Site Operations
- Take full ownership of end to end store/site operations including daily retail activities, kiosks, POS systems, and merchandise management.
