Service Advisor** (automotive And tyres And battery preferred)

Role Summary
Handle customer service requirements, coordinate workshop operations, ensure timely job completion, and maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend customer queries and provide service solutions
- Assign work to technicians and manage workshop flow
- Coordinate with parts/suppliers for job completion
- Ensure quality repairs and timely vehicle delivery
- Update customers on job status
- Maintain job cards, estimates, and invoices
- Handle complaints and escalate if needed
- Ensure safety and cleanliness in workshop
- Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
