Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Banking Sales Officers to achieve monthly sales targets
- Drive sales of Credit Card and Personal Loan products through effective planning and execution
- Monitor daily sales activities, team performance, and productivity to ensure target achievement
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop new and existing sales executives
- Generate business through field sales, referrals, corporate visits, cold calling, and direct marketing
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and field visits to provide guidance and support
- Ensure the team maintains high standards of customer service and professional conduct
- Review and verify customer documentation to ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with internal processing teams to ensure timely application processing and approvals
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and provide performance updates to management
- Stay updated on bank products, market trends, competitor offerings, and sales strategies
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Team Leader in Credit Card or Personal Loan sales is preferred
- UAE banking sales experience is mandatory
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high performing sales teams
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred
