Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily operations of the Interiors Equipment Shop
- Plan and optimise manpower allocation based on workload demand
- Monitor quality of workmanship and implement controls to prevent process deviations
- Review and verify job cards, maintenance documentation, and records
- Ensure availability and serviceability of tools, equipment, and materials
- Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Engineering, and Stores departments
- Identify operational gaps and escalate recommendations
- Ensure shop equipment and special tools are calibrated and maintained
- Support management during internal, external, and regulatory audits
- Promote safety culture and ensure HSE compliance
- Train, mentor, and monitor competency of assigned staff
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Aeronautical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in aviation maintenance workshops
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role within MRO environment
- Exposure to regulatory audits (GCAA/EASA/FAA) and MOE compliance
- Strong knowledge of MOE, GCAA CAR Part V, and EASA Part 145 requirements
- Fluent in English
- GCAA/EASA Part 66 License Preferred
- Company authorization Preferred

Main Objective of Role
- To lead and supervise the Interiors Furnishing Shop in compliance with company MOE, GCAA CAR Part V, and EASA Part 145 requirements while ensuring safety, quality, and efficient maintenance execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Leads and supervise daily operations of the Interiors Equipment Shop, ensuring all interior maintenance and refurbishment activities are executed in accordance with approved OEM data and regulatory requirements.
- Plans and optimises manpower allocation based on workload demand to meet production and TAT targets.
- Monitors quality of workmanship and implements controls to prevent process deviations.
- Reviews and verify job cards, maintenance documentation, and records to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Ensures availability and serviceability of tools, equipment, and materials required for operations.
- Coordinates with Planning, Quality, Engineering, and Stores departments.
- Identifies operational gaps in resources and manpower and escalates practical recommendations.
- Ensures shop equipment and special tools are calibrated, certified, and maintained.
- Supports management during internal, external, and regulatory audits.
- Promotes safety culture and ensures HSE compliance within the Interiors Workshop.
- Trains, mentors, and monitors competency of assigned staff.
- Implements continuous improvement initiatives within the shop.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Aeronautical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- Formal training in aviation quality systems and safety management preferred.
- Fluent in English.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in aviation maintenance workshops.
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role within MRO environment.
- Exposure to regulatory audits (GCAA/EASA/FAA) and MOE compliance.
- Strong knowledge of MOE, GCAA CAR Part V, and EASA Part 145 requirements.
- GCAA/EASA Part 66 License Preferred.
