  • Proven ability in

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee administration services including
  • housing, transport, travel, and facilities
  • Manage
  • contracts, vendors, and service providers
  • (catering, cleaning, etc.)
  • Supervise
  • VIP events, reception, and hospitality services
  • Ensure compliance with
  • HSE, ISO standards, and company policies
  • Lead budgeting, cost control, and performance management within the section
