- Supervise and coordinate mechanical maintenance activities for plant equipment
- Lead maintenance of compressors, turbines, boilers, vessels, furnaces, generators, and piping systems
- Manage preventive maintenance schedules and major plant shutdowns
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical issues and improve equipment performance
- Coordinate with Operations, Planning, Technical Services, OEMs, and Contractors
- Lead and develop engineering teams, with a focus on training and succession planning
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years of Mechanical Engineering experience in Fertilizer / Petrochemical Plants
- At least 5 years in a supervisory role
- Strong experience in installation, testing, and maintenance of rotating/static equipment
