Hiring: Drilling Supervisor – Offshore, Abu Dhabi
We are looking for an experienced
Drilling Supervisor
to join our Technical Department (TED) for offshore operations in Abu Dhabi.
Experience Required
Minimum 7 years in Oil & Gas Drilling Operations, including 3+ years in offshore supervisory roles.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Supervise drilling, completion & workover operations
✅ Ensure safe execution of approved drilling programs
✅ Manage rig logistics, materials & equipment
✅ Monitor operational performance & daily reporting
✅ Conduct risk assessments & emergency response drills
✅ Ensure full compliance with HSE standards, ADNOC Code of Practice & company procedures
Requirements
🎓 Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Petroleum / Mechanical / Chemical preferred)
📜 Valid IWCF Level 4 Certification or equivalent
💻 Knowledge of EDM (Open Wells) software is an advantage
