Kids HQ Arcade LLC. is looking to hire a Team Leader for one of its branch located in Abu Dhabi - UAE
Location: Abu Dhabi
- Experience: 3-4 years in entertainment side
- Job duties:
- Assign operational zones and monitor staff performance to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Enforce safety procedures and maintain a safe environment for all guests.
- Assist customers, resolve basic concerns, and escalate complex issues when required.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of play areas and operational zones.
- Inspect attractions and equipment regularly, reporting faults or maintenance issues promptly.
- Support the execution of birthday parties, events, and peak-hour crowd management.
- Assist front desk operations during busy hours to enhance guest service.
- Monitor proper use of equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Raise material requests and assist in replenishing operational supplies as needed.
