- Oversee birthday party setup and execution to ensure excellent customer experience
- Upsell party packages, add ons, and other services to achieve sales targets
- Maintain booking calendars and ensure all event details are communicated to relevant teams

- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service, events, sales preferably in family entertainment center
