The agency offers property solutions and supports transactions involving crypto payments.
Compensation
- This is a commission-based role with no fixed salary.
- The package offers 60% to 72% commission on personal deals; team override terms are to be discussed.
Role Description
Lead, manage, and develop a team of real estate brokers within a designated area.
Drive sales performance and business growth while supporting negotiations and revenue strategies.
Responsibilities
- Mentor brokers and set performance targets.
- Monitor team activity and support negotiations.
- Develop strategies to maximize revenue with the Sales and Leasing Manager.
- Experienced managers may bring an established team.
