Company Description
ELITE Property DXB is a Dubai real estate agency recognized as a boutique agency and an Official Platinum Alliance EMAAR Partner.
The company offers property solutions across the UAE, including flexibility in crypto payments.
Compensation and Benefits
- This is a commission-only role with no fixed salary.
- The commission structure is 55%–72%.
- The company provides visa, medical insurance, and a RERA licence.
- The company provides in-house social media, marketing, administrative, CRM, onboarding, and training support.
Role Description
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Conduct market research and provide customer service.
- Negotiate deals, manage property listings, and facilitate sale transactions.
- Maintain and develop client relationships and stay informed about real estate trends.
Requirements
- Previous real estate brokerage or sales experience is preferred, while experienced sales professionals from other industries are also welcomed.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required, along with a sales-driven attitude and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Knowledge of local property market dynamics and current trends is required.
- The ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and diverse client requirements is required.
- A valid driver’s license is essential.
