Role Description
Lead, manage and develop a team of real estate brokers while driving sales performance and business growth within a designated area.
Mentor brokers, set performance targets, support negotiations, monitor team activity and develop revenue growth strategies.
Experienced managers with an established team are welcome to bring their team across.
Compensation
- This is a commission-based role with no fixed salary.
- Commission on personal deals is stated as 60% to 72%, with a team override structure to be discussed.
Employer Support
- The role offers in-house social media, marketing, administration, onboarding and training support.
- An AI-powered CRM system, visa support, medical insurance and RERA licence are provided.
- The role includes access to developer partnerships, Sales Managers and the CEO.
Requirements
- Strong track record in Dubai real estate sales and leasing.
- Proven ability to manage, motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
