The Opportunity
Lead and support sanitation operations for production equipment, machinery, utensils, tools, and facility areas.
Promote a safe, organized, and audit-ready production environment through hands-on leadership, sanitation scheduling, ATP swabbing, and quality compliance.
Sanitation Operations and Safety
- Coordinate sanitation activities according to SSOPs.
- Disassemble and reassemble machinery and equipment as required for effective cleaning.
- Conduct ATP swab testing and maintain sanitation records.
- Mix cleaning chemicals according to supplier specifications.
- Maintain sanitation inventory and verify completed tasks.
- Follow GMP, HACCP, food safety, health, and safety requirements.
Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, mentor, and train sanitation team members.
- Conduct pre-shift meetings and provide team and individual performance feedback.
- Orient new workers and manage workload distribution.
- Lead sanitation personnel onsite and ensure daily procedures are completed.
