About the Role
Bayut & dubizzle is looking for a Team Lead to support and manage a sales team in Abu Dhabi. You will coordinate Sales Account Managers and Hunters, set targets, monitor performance, and coach team members.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise a team of Sales Account Managers and Hunters to achieve the area target
- Set monthly targets for their teams (Sales Account Managers for new and existing business and hunters for new business)
- Monitor team performance and motivate them to achieve team and individual targets
- Track and maintain records of team sales, payments and account reviews
- Be involved in hiring for the team/area according to the profile
- Coach team members on sales techniques, products, upsell and cross sell
- Source feedback to marketing, operations and tech teams for enhancing product effectiveness, client issues and concerns
- Collect customer feedback and market research, and channel it internally for effective measures and follow ups
- Verify agency data/numbers in the respective area to analyse growth opportunities and determine recruiting needs
- Establish, maintain and expand the customer base through effective team management and allocate new agencies to the existing team
- Keep track of agency pools and verify agency data in their area
- Stay up to date with competitors' products and packages
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- A valid UAE driving licence is required
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience
- In depth understanding of business, financials, products/services, the market and the needs of assigned accounts
- Strong knowledge of the local market
- Strong knowledge of sales processes and competence displayed in challenging sales scenarios
- Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills
