Role overview
The company is seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Team Lead to lead, manage, and grow its sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the real estate sales team.
- Set sales targets and monitor team performance.
- Generate leads and support agents in closing deals.
- Train and coach team members on sales and property knowledge.
- Build strong relationships with clients, landlords, and developers.
- Prepare sales reports and ensure targets are achieved.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in UAE real estate sales.
- Experience in both off-plan and secondary real estate.
- Previous team leadership or management experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of the UAE property market.
- A target-oriented approach and strong sales mindset are required.
