About The Job:

An opportunity has arisen for Team Lead to join Housekeeping at Jumeirah Living World Trade Centre . The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

Liaise and cooperate with the engineering department for all maintenance repairs to be done in the various areas.

Communicate new or amended procedures to relevant departments/ colleagues in a timely manner, ensuring they have been understood.

To control the usage of guest amenities, cleaning chemicals, cleaning equipment and linen ensuring that there is no misuse, wastage or over ordering

Assists in all inventories, which are conducted on a monthly or quarterly basis.

Liaises with banqueting and the food and beverage department in order to ensure all areas are ready as per the needs of the department.

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

High School Graduate required; Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.

Minimum 2 to 3 years of full-time experience as a Housekeeping Attendant within a hotel, resort, or hospitality environment and general administration and record-keeping skills.

Ability to train, coach, and support team members to achieve departmental objectives.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards with strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning standards, and safety procedures.

Proficient in preparing reports, inventories, and departmental documentation.
