Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced **Full Stack Team Lead** to oversee the design, development, and delivery of modern web applications.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in **Angular, Node.js, and Next.js**, and proven experience in leading development teams.
This role involves full ownership of project execution — from architecture to deployment — with a keen focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of full stack engineers across frontend and backend modules.
- Architect and develop frontend (Angular/Next.js) and backend (Node.js) applications.
- Define best practices for code quality, performance, and security.
- Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and DevOps to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Review code, guide junior developers, and manage technical escalations.
- Handle integration with third-party services and APIs.
- Manage deployment pipelines and CI/CD processes.
• Angular (v12+), Next.js
- TypeScript, JavaScript
- SSR/SSG methodologies
Backend
- Node.js (Express.js or NestJS)
- RESTful APIs, JWT-based authentication
Devops & Tools
- Git, Docker
- Jenkins or GitHub Actions
- Azure or AWS (basic cloud deployment and monitoring)
Soft Skills
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage project timelines and priorities
