Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain partner acquisitions, order growth, net fail rate and net take rates
- Responsible for commission renegotiations
- Produce metrics which provide visibility on the progress of work assignments and team performance
- Ensure achieving the monthly acquisition and account management targets
- Manage the team to ensure that work is properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner
- Monitor, guide and manage the team for optimum performance
- Collaborate with the team to accomplish all daily tasks on time with a high level of quality
- Handle communication with the team, live meetings, email correspondence, reporting, etc.
- Assign and monitor the tasks to complete appropriate work assignments
- Management for reporting and support
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Logistics and Finance team to ensure an effective sales cycle and resolve key issues escalated
- Lead on new projects, initiatives required across the Non Food Vertical
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree within Business Administration or any other related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience within Sales
- Leadership Skills

- Ability to meet deadlines and be flexible in working
- Fluent in both languages Arabic and English

WHAT’S ON YOUR PLATE?
