- Self starter with ability to work independently in fast paced environment
- Fluency in Arabic language

Role Summary
- As an Account Manager at Talabat, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our restaurant and vendor partners.
What's On Your Plate
- Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long term relationships with existing restaurant and vendor partners.
- Data Driven Consulting: Analyze sales, operational, and engagement data to identify areas for improvement.
- Account Growth & Optimization: Identify growth opportunities within the portfolio – upsell services, suggest cross promotions.
- Cross Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Logistics, and Operations.
- Contract Management & Compliance: Negotiate and renew commercial agreements to ensure a fair and strategic partnership.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Partner Success (experience in food tech, FMCG, or e commerce is a plus).
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data dashboards and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer first mindset with a strong focus on delivering value to partners.
- Self starter with the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment.
- Fluency in Arabic Language is a must.
