Role Responsibilities

  • Enable the child to achieve high standards of learning.
  • Maximize teaching and learning time.
  • Develop the child’s skills across the curriculum.
  • Assess the child’s attainment and progress.
  • Identify and respond appropriately to individual differences.
  • Set and maintain clear expectations of behavior.
  • Create a purposeful, orderly, and supportive learning environment.

Qualifications

  • Educated to Degree Level or equivalent.
  • Experience as learning support or similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
