Role Overview
The Corporate Tax and VAT Specialist will lead the group’s tax compliance, planning, and advisory activities.
The role will ensure alignment with UAE Corporate Tax regulations and support strategic initiatives across multiple subsidiaries.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee UAE Corporate Tax compliance and filings with the Federal Tax Authority.
- Manage tax reporting, provisions, and disclosures in line with IFRS.
- Lead tax planning initiatives and advise on structuring, transactions, and new projects.
- Ensure compliance with transfer pricing requirements and maintain documentation.
- Manage tax audits, regulatory correspondence, and external advisors.
- Implement strong tax governance and risk management frameworks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CA, or CTA is preferred.
- 4-6 years of corporate tax experience, ideally within diversified groups or Big 4.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax and VAT regulations.
- Experience in a real estate investment company is required.
