About the Role
Support the Chairman of a leading global investment group and his family across business and personal engagements.
The role is based in Singapore, requires relocation, and includes extensive international travel across Europe, the Middle East, and the Caribbean.
The position provides high-exposure support to a global business leader across multiple locations.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the Chairman’s global travel.
- Travel internationally for up to 50% of the role to provide in-country support.
- Liaise with aviation teams, pilots, and household managers.
- Oversee projects at international residences.
- Manage personal and business appointments.
- Coordinate with offices in Singapore and Dubai.
- Source luxury products and provide personal shopping support.
- Support private office and family projects.
- Contribute to a warm, polished, and professional team culture.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrate professionalism, discretion, resourcefulness, and exceptional organizational capability.
- Maintain a refined, formal, and elegant professional presence.
- Manage multiple priorities in dynamic, fast-changing environments.
- Be highly educated, adaptable, intellectually curious, and meticulous in attention to detail.
- Proactively remove obstacles, learn rapidly, and work at pace.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a first-class institution.
- At least five years of experience supporting CEOs, founders, principals, or UHNW individuals.
- Native English speaker.
- French language skills are a significant advantage.
- Willingness to travel internationally for up to 50% of the role.
- Prior experience in luxury, private household, or UHNW environments is highly advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate to Singapore.
