Head of Project Management

Our client is a well-established

UAE-based events and entertainment company

delivering a diverse portfolio of large-scale events, festivals, sports events, corporate functions, and public-facing projects across the region.

you will take overall responsibility for the planning, governance, and successful delivery of client and internal projects.

You will lead a team of Project Managers and Project Executives, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards of

quality, creativity, operational excellence, budget, timelines and client satisfaction

.

The role will be instrumental in strengthening project governance, implementing scalable processes and developing a high-performance project management culture.

• Lead the planning and delivery of multiple large-scale projects from concept through execution.
• Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and overall delivery performance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers and project professionals.
• Establish and improve project management processes, governance, SOPs and reporting standards.
• Work closely with senior leadership, clients and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Identify potential delivery risks and drive timely solutions and corrective actions.
• Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency and consistency across the project portfolio.

• 10+ years of experience

in project management, with significant leadership responsibility.

• Strong background in

events, experiential, entertainment, tourism, hospitality, real estate, destination development or a similar environment

.

• Proven experience managing complex, high-value or large-scale projects.
• Strong people leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Commercially aware, highly organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience establishing project governance, systems and processes.
• UAE or GCC experience is highly preferred.
