- Lead and develop the tax services practice, ensuring high quality and compliance with UAE and international tax regulations
- Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to clients across various industries
- Stay abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations and advise clients accordingly
- Manage and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering professional growth and maintaining a collaborative work environment
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships to grow the tax advisory practice
- Collaborate with other partners and departments to deliver integrated business solutions to clients
- Represent the firm in external forums, industry events, and professional associations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; advanced qualifications such as CA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent preferred
- Extensive experience (minimum 10 years) in tax advisory within auditing, consulting, or business advisory, including leadership roles
- In depth knowledge of UAE tax laws, corporate tax, and international tax regulations
- Proven track record of managing high profile clients and delivering impactful tax solutions
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and lead teams
- Business development acumen with the ability to identify and pursue new growth opportunities
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and adapt to changing regulatory landscapes
