About the Role
PwC Middle East seeks a Manager for its International Private Wealth & Family Office team in Dubai. You will advise HNW/UHNW clients and family offices on international tax planning, wealth structuring, and succession planning.

Responsibilities
- Advise HNW/UHNW clients and family offices on international tax planning, wealth structuring, asset protection, succession planning, and family office setup
- Manage and review deliverables across private client advisory and structuring engagements
- Act as primary point of contact for private clients and internal stakeholders
- Support design and implementation of ownership structures using trusts, foundations, holding companies, and limited partnerships
- Advise on family office setup and licensing, including regulatory considerations across UAE free zones
- Support owners' strategy processes, family governance workshops, and development of family constitutions
- Collaborate with ITS/M&A teams to support transactions, restructurings, and post deal integration
- Coach and develop team members, ensuring quality delivery and knowledge sharing
- Contribute to thought leadership, internal training, and proposal development
Requirements
- 5 6 years of PQE with demonstrable experience in international tax, private wealth structuring, asset protection, and succession planning
- At least 2 3 years of experience independently managing cross border projects and client relationships
- Full professional proficiency in English and Russian
- Strong academic credentials from a leading law school
- Familiarity with fiduciary structures (trusts and foundations) and corporate holding structures
- Tax LL.M. or ADIT from a leading institution is an advantage
- STEP membership and willingness to pursue TEP qualification is an advantage
- UAE Corporate Tax qualification/diploma and familiarity with UAE/GCC tax landscape is an advantage

How You’ll Contribute
- Advise HNW/UHNW clients and family offices on international tax planning and wealth structuring.
- Manage and review deliverables across private client advisory and structuring engagements.

- Advise on family office setup and licensing.
